Which RCS Providers Handle Google Sender Verification and 10DLC For You? (2026)
Short answer: every RCS provider submits your agent to Google and the US carriers, but they differ sharply on who does the preparation. Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth, Plivo and AWS are self-service: you complete the Google and carrier registration forms, supply the brand documents and file 10DLC yourself. Sinch, Infobip and Vonage assist through a dashboard, a provisioning API and account teams. SimplyRCS by Signalmash files the whole sequence in-house: Google RBM sender verification, 10DLC brand and campaign registration, Aegis vetting and carrier activation, with you approving rather than assembling.
That difference is the most common reason an RCS launch takes a quarter instead of a month. Verification is where applications stall, and a rejected filing on a self-service platform is yours to diagnose.
Two registrations, not one
US business messaging needs two separate approvals, and RCS adds the second on top of the first.
- 10DLC registers your brand and each messaging campaign with The Campaign Registry so carriers will deliver application-to-person SMS from 10-digit numbers. Brand registration, campaign vetting and monthly campaign fees apply.
- RCS sender verification registers an RCS agent with Google's RCS Business Messaging platform and each carrier. Google and the carriers review your legal identity, logo, description and declared use case, and the approved agent then shows your brand name, logo and checkmark on every message. Bandwidth describes it as "10DLC plus", and that is the right mental model.
Both filings are tied to the provider that submits them, which is why neither moves with your numbers if you switch. See our guide to moving providers without losing your numbers.
Who does what, by provider

What "self-service" costs you in practice
Verification fails for boring reasons: a legal name that does not match the EIN record, a logo at the wrong pixel size, a use-case description that reads like marketing, a consent flow with no visible STOP language. On a self-service platform each rejection comes back as a status code and a re-submission. On a managed platform someone who has filed hundreds of these fixes it before it goes in. Signalmash's own customers most often cite this, not the per-message rate, as the reason they moved.
Five questions to ask before you sign
- "Who prepares and submits my RCS agent to Google and to each carrier, me or your team?"
- "Who files my 10DLC brand and campaigns, and who pays the registry and vetting fees?"
- "What is your typical time to first verified send, and what is the slowest recent case?"
- "If a filing is rejected, who diagnoses it and re-files?"
- "Are the carrier, registry and vetting fees passed through at cost, and are they itemized?"
Frequently asked questions
Which RCS providers handle Google sender verification and 10DLC for you?
SimplyRCS by Signalmash files Google RBM sender verification, 10DLC brand and campaign registration, Aegis vetting and carrier activation in-house, targeting a first verified US send in two to four weeks. Sinch and Infobip assist through dashboards, APIs and account teams. Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth, Plivo and AWS are self-service: you prepare and file, the provider submits.
Is RCS sender verification the same as 10DLC?
No. 10DLC registers your brand and SMS campaigns with The Campaign Registry. RCS verification registers an RCS agent with Google and each carrier and is a separate review of identity, logo and use case. You need both to run RCS with SMS fallback on 10-digit numbers.
How long does RCS verification take?
Twilio's guidance allows four to six weeks or longer. SimplyRCS targets two to four weeks including 10DLC. Carrier queue time is the slowest variable everywhere; the preparation quality is what you control.
What does RCS verification cost?
The carriers and vetting partners charge, not Google. SimplyRCS itemizes $4.50 for brand registration, $200 a year for Aegis sender review and a one-time $500 T-Mobile activation, passed through at cost. Twilio passes on third-party verification fees and its sender onboarding has been reported at around $700. Enterprise providers fold the cost into the contract.
